Through this course students will learn how machine learning solutions are developed and operationalized up to the deployment stage. Students will learn about more advanced machine learning algorithms, and explore how data and algorithm selections influence machine learning model performance. Students will learn to train and test machine learning models to achieve targeted business outcomes, including identifying success metrics and evaluating model performance. Students will learn how to identify the ways machine learning models can amplify data biases, and develop solutions to reduce their negative impact.Note: Prerequisites: A minimum grade of C in CMPT 3510
