This advanced course will focus on building skills for working cooperatively with other significant adults in the child’s environment and will cover diverse family structures and relationships in addition to examining issues that confront families today. Students will explore, plan, and implement curriculum to gain an understanding of how diversity impacts the importance of play, active exploration, the construction and representation of knowledge, and social interactions.Note: Restricted to Early Learning and Childcare Diploma
