Examine the pathological processes that underlie diseases and disorders of the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, respiratory system, and gastrointestinal systems (including nutrition). Study the medications used to manage and treat related medical conditions including their generic and brand names, place in therapy, mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, precautions, adverse effects, auxiliary labels, and other considerations as they pertain to the pharmacy technician’s scope of practice.Note: Prerequisite PHRM 1000 & ANPH 1000
