You will advance your skills over three courses: Conversation Assessment, Customer Service, and Driver Training.

Ministry-approved teaching and learning activities that provide practical training for rapid entry into frontline jobs but do not culminate in a parchment/credential.

What to expect from the program

Learners in this program are existing taxi drivers looking to improve their skills to provide a better customer experience.
Taxi Ambassador consists of three courses:

Conversation Assessment: a 30-minute assessment that verifies the student’s English language proficiency meets the requirements outlined by taxi companies.
Customer Service: a half-day course that highlights different customer service techniques that will help taxi drivers provide an excellent experience for their customers.
Driver Training: a full-day defensive driving course that focuses on safety.
