Introduction to Light and Shadow - XAMD 1903

Learners will study basic visual principles and drawing techniques essential to the creation of tonal drawing. Topics include, but are not limited to, tonal scales, tonal edges, light distribution, and realism. Through the creation of drawings in a studio environment, learners will practice making and critiquing observational works of art.
