I loved my instructors. They taught me everything I needed to know to start managing a doctor’s office.

What to expect from the program

Students learn medical terminology, along with a variety of administrative skills such as scheduling, billing, panel management, and medical record software. With a focus on customer service, students also learn basic clinical skills such as measuring height, weight, and blood pressure.

Students are more likely to be successful in this program if they:

  • can type 40 words per minute before the program starts
  • are self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented
  • are able to dedicate 40-50 hours per week for full-time studies
